1. New Email Arrivestrigger

A new email is received in the shared client support inbox. The automation platform monitors for incoming messages and triggers the workflow.

2. Extract Email Content

The email body, sender, subject, and attachments are extracted and prepared for analysis. Metadata such as sender domain and timestamp are captured.

3. Classify Query Type

4. Assess Urgency

6. Create Ticket

A new ticket is created with the extracted email content, assigned category, priority, and owner. The ticket is linked to the client record.

7. Send Notification

8. Log to Reporting Sheet

Query metadata (category, priority, owner, timestamp, client) is automatically logged to a Google Sheet for reporting, trend analysis, and SLA tracking.
