Everything you need to know
about FullSpec
Straight answers about how FullSpec maps your processes, what you get from a session, and what it costs. If your question isn't here, start a session and ask directly.
What is FullSpec?
FullSpec is a free tool that helps business owners understand exactly where their time is being wasted on manual work. You describe how a process runs in your business today, and FullSpec maps every step, shows you what it's costing, and produces a plan to automate it. No technical knowledge needed, no account required.
What does it mean to map a process?
Mapping a process means breaking down a task your business does regularly into every individual step, from start to finish. FullSpec does this through a short conversation where you describe what happens, who's involved, and which tools you use. The result is a visual process map showing exactly how the work flows today and where the bottlenecks are.
Is FullSpec a software tool I need to sign up for?
No. FullSpec is not a subscription, not a platform you log into every day, and not software you install. You have a conversation, you get a complete output, and you walk away with everything you need. You can create a free account to save your results, but it's not required to get value.
Do I need to know anything about automation?
Not at all. FullSpec is built for people who run businesses, not for people who build technology. You describe the process in your own words and FullSpec handles everything else. If you can explain how your team does something today, that's all you need.
What kind of businesses use FullSpec?
Any small or mid-sized business that has people doing repetitive work manually. That includes trades, professional services, e-commerce, healthcare, hospitality, finance, logistics, and more. If someone on your team is copying data between tools, chasing approvals by email, or building reports by hand, there's a process worth mapping.
What if I'm not sure which process to start with?
Start anywhere. Pick the task that frustrates you most, takes the longest, or causes the most mistakes. If you're still unsure, browse the process gallery for examples in your industry. You can map as many processes as you like, each one is free.
How does the mapping session work?
You open a session and describe a process your business runs manually. The FullSpec agent asks a few targeted questions to fill in the gaps, then maps every step, identifies who is involved, which tools are used, and where time is being lost. The whole thing happens in a single conversation.
What happens during a session?
You talk through how the process works today. As you describe each step, FullSpec builds a live process map, attaches time and cost estimates to each stage, identifies bottlenecks, and calculates how much the process is costing your business. At the end, you get a full automation plan with ROI projections.
Do I need to prepare anything before a session?
No. Just know which process you want to map. You don't need documents, screenshots, or access to any tools. The agent will ask the right questions to get what it needs from the conversation.
What do I get at the end of a session?
A complete package: a visual process map of your current workflow, an automation spec, a fixed price quote, an ROI estimate, a delivery timeline, and a plain-English launch guide. Everything is yours to keep whether or not you decide to build.
Is the session really free?
Yes. The session, the process map, the ROI estimate, and the full build plan are completely free. There's no trial, no credit card, and no catch. You only pay if you decide you want FullSpec to build the automation for you.
Do I need to create an account?
Not to run a session. You can start mapping a process immediately with no sign-up. After your session is complete and the results are ready, you'll be asked to create a free account to save and access your build plan. The account is free and always will be.
Can FullSpec build the automation for me?
Yes. Once you have your build plan, you can accept the quoted price and FullSpec will build, test, and launch the automation inside your business. Pricing is fixed, timelines are committed upfront, and everything is handled end to end. But building with FullSpec is entirely optional.
Do I have to use FullSpec to build it?
No. Your build plan is a complete, structured document that any developer, freelancer, or internal team can work from. It includes the process map, automation spec, tool requirements, and implementation details. You can take it anywhere.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Everything you share in a session is kept confidential. Your process details are not shared with third parties and are only used to produce your build plan. If your session data contributes to anonymised benchmarks, it is never identifiable to you or your business.
