1. Ticket Closedtrigger

Automation detects when a support ticket status changes to Resolved or Closed. The ticket ID, customer email, and ticket summary are extracted automatically.

2. Extract Customer and Ticket Data

The automation retrieves the customer email address, name, ticket ID, and issue summary. This data is passed to the next step without manual intervention.

3. Send Survey

A pre-built survey email template is populated with the customer name and ticket reference, then sent automatically to the customer email address.

4. Capture Survey Response

Customer replies with a satisfaction rating and optional comments. The response is captured and parsed automatically, extracting the rating and feedback text.

5. Log Response

The survey response, customer name, ticket ID, rating, and timestamp are automatically appended to a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.

6. Rating Below Threshold?

The automation checks if the satisfaction rating is 3 or lower (dissatisfied). If yes, an alert is sent. If no, the process completes.

7. Alert Team

If the rating is low, a message is sent immediately to the support manager with the customer name, ticket ID, and feedback, triggering a follow-up conversation.
