Member submits a class booking, email, or phone. The form or email is captured and parsed for member name, class name, date, and time.
2. Check Availability
The automation queries the class roster, counts available spots, and determines if the class is full or has capacity. the automation also checks for any recent cancellations.
3. Add to Roster or Waitlist
The automation writes the member to the confirmed roster if spots are available, or to the waitlist if the class is full.
4. Send Confirmation
An instant confirmation email is sent to the member with class details, instructor name, and any relevant instructions. Waitlisted members receive a waitlist notification with their position.
5. Log Booking
The booking is automatically logged as a contact activity, updating the member's attendance history and class preferences.
6. Monitor Cancellations
