Question 1

What manual work can malma automate in my outbound calling process?

Accepted Answer

malma automates the core manual tasks of making calls to leads, asking qualifying questions based on your criteria, and capturing responses without human involvement. Instead of sales or operations staff manually dialing, speaking with prospects, and logging results, malma's AI agents handle these steps and pass qualified prospects forward for booking or follow-up. This frees your team from repetitive calling and initial qualification, letting them focus on closing or deeper relationship work.

Question 2

How does data flow between malma and my other business tools?

Accepted Answer

malma accepts contact lists and call parameters from upstream systems, then outputs call results, prospect qualifications, and appointment data back into your workflows. Data typically moves in through integrations that feed contact records and configuration into malma, and flows out as structured call outcomes, qualification scores, or calendar bookings that sync to your CRM, scheduling tool, or other platforms. The direction and format of data exchange depends on which systems you connect and how you structure the automation.

Question 3

What common issues occur when automating with malma?

Accepted Answer

Common problems include incomplete or malformed contact data that causes calls to fail or reach wrong numbers, AI agents misinterpreting prospect responses due to unclear qualification logic, and appointment conflicts when malma output doesn't sync properly with your calendar tool. Connection failures between malma and downstream tools can also cause qualified prospects to be lost if booking data doesn't flow through. Testing your contact data quality and mapping your qualification rules before full automation helps prevent these breakdowns.

Question 4

How should I structure malma campaigns so automations run reliably?

Accepted Answer

Organize your contact lists by characteristics that match your calling strategy, define clear qualification criteria upfront so the AI agent has consistent rules to apply, and map all required fields from your source system into malma's expected format. Establish a staging area where you validate contact data before sending it to malma, and set up monitoring so you catch call failures or booking errors early. This structure prevents mismatches between what malma expects and what your automation provides.
