Question 1

What manual work can we automate by connecting Likely.AI to our other tools?

Accepted Answer

You can automate the delivery of predictions and data refreshes from Likely.AI to your downstream systems without manual exports or copy-paste. Instead of running reports in Likely.AI and manually moving results into your CRM, database, or analytics platform, you can set up a workflow to push updated predictions directly to those systems on a schedule or on demand. This eliminates repetitive data transfer steps and keeps your target systems current with the latest Likely.AI outputs.

Question 2

How does data flow between Likely.AI and other platforms in an automated workflow?

Accepted Answer

Likely.AI receives input data about your records, generates predictions and refreshes based on that data, and outputs the results through its API or connectors. When you connect Likely.AI to another tool via automation, predictions flow out as structured data that the receiving system can ingest, map to fields, and act on. The connection reads from Likely.AI on whatever schedule you define, pulling the latest prediction data and pushing it into your CRM, warehouse, or other destination.

Question 3

What problems should we watch for when automating with Likely.AI?

Accepted Answer

Monitor for data synchronization gaps if the refresh frequency in Likely.AI doesn't match the schedule of your automated workflow, which can leave downstream systems with stale predictions. Ensure that field mappings between Likely.AI outputs and your receiving system are correct, or predictions may land in the wrong fields. Also verify that your receiving system has capacity to handle the volume and frequency of updates from Likely.AI, as very frequent refreshes can create bottlenecks.

Question 4

How should we set up Likely.AI to make automations reliable and repeatable?

Accepted Answer

Configure Likely.AI to generate and refresh predictions on a consistent schedule that aligns with your business cycle and downstream system needs. Document which fields Likely.AI outputs so you can accurately map them when building automations to other tools. Set up any filtering or segmentation rules in Likely.AI before connecting to automation workflows, so the data arriving in your target systems is already scoped to the records and predictions you actually need.
