Question 1

What manual work can I automate when using Sopro?

Accepted Answer

You can automate the intake and organization of leads that Sopro returns into your CRM or database, eliminating manual data entry. You can also set up workflows to automatically tag, categorize, or route qualified leads to specific team members based on criteria like location, industry, or company size. Notifications and lead assignment can trigger automatically when Sopro delivers new prospects, reducing the time between discovery and outreach.

Question 2

How does data flow between Sopro and other tools in my sales stack?

Accepted Answer

Sopro delivers qualified lead records with contact details and research findings, which can be pushed to your CRM, email platform, or lead management system through API connections or webhooks. Outbound data typically includes contact names, company information, and prospecting notes. When connecting Sopro to downstream tools, ensure your automation platform can handle the lead payload structure Sopro provides and map fields correctly to avoid missing or mismatched data.

Question 3

What breaks or causes issues when automating Sopro workflows?

Accepted Answer

Common problems include leads arriving with incomplete field data if Sopro's research could not verify certain contact details, which can fail downstream automations expecting all fields populated. Duplicate leads may occur if you do not build deduplication logic to check whether a prospect already exists in your CRM before ingesting. Rate limits or delays in Sopro's delivery can cause timing issues if your automation expects immediate availability of leads.

Question 4

How should I structure my Sopro account to make automations reliable?

Accepted Answer

Clearly define the criteria Sopro should use to qualify prospects, so the leads you receive match what your sales team can actually work. Establish consistent field naming and data formatting standards in advance so that when leads flow into your CRM or database, they map cleanly without manual adjustment. Create a dedicated intake record type or queue for Sopro leads in your CRM so automations can identify and process them separately from other lead sources.
