Question 1

What manual tasks around running raffles can I automate with Raffaly?

Accepted Answer

You can automate the process of creating raffle campaigns, managing participant entry data, and distributing results to your audience lists. When connected to other business tools, you can automatically push raffle participant information into your contact management system, trigger notification workflows when raffles end, or feed raffle results into analytics platforms. This eliminates manual data entry and ensures raffle outcomes reach the right people without delay.

Question 2

How does data flow between Raffaly and other business tools?

Accepted Answer

Raffaly can send raffle participant details, entry records, and winner information to connected platforms through API integrations or webhooks. Your other tools can feed contact lists, product catalogs, or campaign schedules into Raffaly to populate raffles. The direction and format of data depends on how you configure the connection, but Raffaly typically acts as both a source (outputting raffle results and participant data) and a destination (receiving audience or inventory data).

Question 3

What should I watch out for when automating Raffaly workflows?

Accepted Answer

Raffle participant data may contain duplicate or incomplete contact information that can cause syncing errors downstream. Timing mismatches can occur if automated workflows try to process raffle results before Raffaly has finished calculating winners. It's important to test that your contact field mappings match exactly between Raffaly and connected systems, since field name or format misalignment will silently cause data loss. Also verify that your automation handles cases where raffles are canceled or rescheduled, as these changes may not automatically update dependent workflows.

Question 4

How should I structure Raffaly so that automations work reliably?

Accepted Answer

Use consistent contact data formats and ensure all required fields are populated before raffle launch, since incomplete records will cause automation failures downstream. Create separate raffle campaigns for different audience segments if your connected tools require different data handling. Keep your contact lists and product inventories in sync with Raffaly using scheduled automated pulls rather than manual updates. Test your full automation workflow from raffle creation through result distribution before running live campaigns.
