Launch Plan
Lead Nurture Sequence
[YourCompany.com] · Sales Department · Prepared by FullSpec · [Today's Date]
This Launch Plan covers everything you need to know about how your Lead Nurture Sequence automation goes from confirmed design to a live, running system. It is written for you, the business owner or sales manager, not for a technical audience. FullSpec handles the entire build, connection, testing, and deployment. Your role is to provide access to your existing tools, review and approve email templates before go-live, and step in only when a lead replies or a meeting is booked.
01What you're launching
Right now, your sales reps spend roughly 107 minutes of manual effort per lead, writing follow-up emails from scratch, logging touchpoints in HubSpot, checking Calendly for bookings, and notifying the team over Slack when something moves. Leads wait 12 to 48 hours for a first response, and around 60% never receive all three follow-up touches. This automation replaces nine of the ten manual steps with three purpose-built agents that qualify every new lead, send timed personalised emails, and post a Slack alert the moment a meeting is booked, with no rep intervention required until a reply or booking arrives.

02How the build works
FullSpec builds this automation across four sequential stages: Connect, Build, Test, and Launch. Each stage has a defined set of actions, a clear owner, and a fixed output before the next stage begins. The total delivery window is four weeks from the close of Connect. You do not need to manage the technical work at any stage. Your involvement is focused on two things: providing the tool access FullSpec requests during Connect, and reviewing the email templates and pilot results before the final Launch sign-off.
Complexity level: Moderate. Estimated delivery: 4 weeks (20 business days) from the close of Connect. The delivery clock starts at the close of Connect, not payment. If access to HubSpot, Gmail, or Calendly is delayed, the timeline shifts accordingly.
1Connect
Business days 1 to 3
FullSpec
Sends you a short access checklist covering HubSpot, Gmail, Calendly, Slack, and Google Sheets. Reviews your current HubSpot field setup, identifies any data quality gaps in existing contact records, and confirms the qualification criteria to be used in the scoring model. Books a 30-minute kick-off call to walk through the sequence logic and template approach.
You
Grant API access or admin credentials for each tool listed in Section 03. Attend the kick-off call and confirm the ideal customer profile criteria used to qualify leads. Confirm the number of follow-up touches and the timing between each one (default is Day 0, Day 2, and Day 4).
2Build
Business days 4 to 15
FullSpec
Builds and connects the Lead Qualification Agent to HubSpot, configures the scoring model against your ICP criteria, and validates tagging accuracy against a sample of recent leads. Builds the Sequence Messaging Agent with timed Gmail send logic, Calendly booking detection, and automatic HubSpot stage updates. Loads all three sequence email templates into the automation. Builds the Sales Alert Agent to watch for Calendly bookings and positive replies and post formatted Slack notifications to your sales channel.
You
Review and approve the three email templates prepared by FullSpec (or supply your own drafts for FullSpec to format). Confirm the Slack channel name and alert format during the Sales Alert Agent build. No technical action required.
3Test
Business days 16 to 18
FullSpec
Runs the full sequence against a controlled set of test leads, verifying qualification scoring, email personalisation accuracy, sequence timing, CRM stage updates at each touchpoint, and Slack alert delivery for both a booking and a positive reply scenario. Documents any gaps and resolves them before pilot.
You
Review the pilot results shared by FullSpec (a short summary of what was tested and the outcome for each scenario). Confirm you are satisfied with the email output and CRM data before the Launch stage begins. Flag any wording changes needed in the email templates.
4Launch
Business days 19 to 20
FullSpec
Switches the automation from test mode to live, pointed at your real HubSpot lead queue. Monitors the first batch of live leads through the full sequence to confirm all steps fire correctly. Delivers the full documentation suite including the Runbook, Developer Handover Pack, Integration and API Spec, and Test and QA Plan. Provides a walkthrough for your sales team covering what the automation handles, when to expect Slack alerts, and how to review any lead flagged for manual attention.
You
Confirm go-live with FullSpec. Share the Runbook with your sales team before the first live leads enter the sequence. Contact support@gofullspec.com if anything looks unexpected in the first 48 hours after launch.

03What FullSpec needs from you
FullSpec needs only access to your existing tools. No technical knowledge is required from you or your team. The table below lists every tool involved in this build, exactly what access is needed, and when it must be in place. All access requests are sent to you by FullSpec during the Connect stage and should be completed before Connect closes so the build timeline does not slip.
HubSpot
Admin-level access or a private app token with read/write permissions on Contacts, Deals, and Timeline Events
Before Connect closes
Gmail
A Google account authorised for sending via OAuth 2.0 (the account the sequence emails will send from)
Before Connect closes
Calendly
API key from your Calendly account settings, plus confirmation of which event type the booking link points to
Before Connect closes
Slack
Confirmation of the sales channel name where booking alerts should be posted, plus permission to install a Slack app in your workspace
Before Connect closes
Google Sheets
View access to the qualification scoring reference sheet used by the Lead Qualification Agent
Before Connect closes
One decision you must confirm before Connect closes: Should any lead type, deal size, or lead source require manual rep approval before the email sequence starts, rather than going out automatically? The default build sends the first email immediately on qualification. If certain lead categories, such as enterprise-size enquiries or specific source channels, need a rep to review first, FullSpec will add an approval gate for those cases during the Build stage. This is the only configuration choice that cannot be changed after the build begins without adding scope.
04Your role once live
Role
Ongoing responsibilities
What you no longer touch
You (business owner / sales manager)
Respond to leads who reply to the automated sequence emails. Show up for booked meetings. Review any lead flagged by the Lead Qualification Agent as an edge case requiring manual attention. Update email templates when your messaging changes by sending the new copy to support@gofullspec.com. Monitor HubSpot pipeline reports to track sequence performance.
Writing or sending follow-up emails. Logging email activity in HubSpot. Setting follow-up reminders. Checking Calendly manually. Updating contact lifecycle stages after each touchpoint. Posting Slack messages when a meeting is booked.
FullSpec
Monitor the automation for errors or failed runs. Apply fixes promptly if a tool API changes or a connection drops. Update the automation when you request changes to sequence timing, templates, or qualification logic. Provide ongoing support via support@gofullspec.com.
N/A — FullSpec manages the build and its upkeep end to end.

05What success looks like
Timeframe
What to expect
Sign of success
Week 1
The automation is live and processing real leads. The first batch of contacts receive their welcome email within minutes of entering HubSpot. Your sales reps begin receiving Slack alerts for any bookings made. Some minor calibration of the qualification scoring model may be applied by FullSpec based on the first real lead data.
First-touch emails are going out in under 10 minutes. HubSpot contact stages are advancing automatically. At least one Slack booking alert is received without any manual action from the team.
Month 1
The full three-touch sequence is running consistently across all incoming leads. CRM data is accurate and up to date without any manual logging. Reps are spending their time on replies and booked calls, not admin. FullSpec reviews the qualification scoring accuracy with you and adjusts the model if needed based on the first 30 days of real lead data.
Sequence completion rate at or near 100% of qualified leads. CRM pipeline reflects accurate stages without rep input. Reps report fewer missed follow-ups and a reduction in admin time. Approximately 25 hours of rep time recovered versus the manual process.
Month 3
The automation is operating without any intervention. Roughly 75 hours of rep time have been saved since go-live. The $3,200 build cost is tracking toward full payback within the 4-month window based on $9,744 in annual staff cost savings. Pipeline data quality is consistently high, and the team has a reliable, repeatable process for every new lead regardless of volume.
Measurable reduction in time-to-first-touch (target: under 10 minutes versus the previous 12 to 48 hours). Follow-up sequence completion rate holding at 100% of qualified leads. Build cost payback on track for Month 4. Team confidence in the pipeline data is high enough to base forecasting decisions on it.
Next step: FullSpec will send you the Connect access checklist within one business day of this plan being confirmed. Complete the tool access items in Section 03 and return the one configuration decision (manual approval gates, if any) before the Connect stage closes. Questions at any point can be directed to support@gofullspec.com.
