Question 1

What manual work can be automated when using Hansei?

Accepted Answer

Hansei can be connected to automation workflows to route incoming questions to your knowledge base and return answers without manual review. For example, when contacts submit questions through a form or message channel, an automation can send those questions to Hansei, retrieve the response, and deliver it back through email, chat, or your CRM without a team member handling each query. This removes the need for staff to manually search your knowledge base and compose responses for questions that Hansei can already answer.

Question 2

How does data flow between Hansei and other business tools?

Accepted Answer

Hansei accepts incoming questions as text input and returns answers from your configured knowledge base. When integrated into an automation, incoming data (such as a question from a contact form or support channel) gets passed to Hansei, which queries your knowledge base and outputs the answer back to the automation. That answer can then be sent to downstream tools like your CRM, email platform, or communication channel. The connection treats Hansei as a lookup tool that transforms a question into a knowledge-base answer.

Question 3

What are common issues when automating with Hansei?

Accepted Answer

Hansei relies on the quality and completeness of your knowledge base to return accurate answers. If your knowledge base has gaps, outdated information, or is poorly organized, Hansei may return incomplete or irrelevant answers, requiring fallback logic in your automation to escalate to a human. Additionally, Hansei works best with clear, well-formed questions; ambiguous or vague questions may not return the expected answers. Test your automations with a range of real question examples before deploying at scale.

Question 4

How should I organize my knowledge base for reliable Hansei automations?

Accepted Answer

Structure your knowledge base with clear categories, consistent formatting, and specific answer content so Hansei can reliably retrieve relevant information. Use descriptive titles and organize related topics hierarchically so the search function can match incoming questions accurately. Document your knowledge base regularly, remove outdated information, and add FAQs for common questions your team receives. Before automating, test Hansei with sample questions to confirm it returns correct answers, then adjust your knowledge base structure if needed.
