Question 1

What manual work can I automate with Fera?

Accepted Answer

You can automate review request campaigns by triggering them based on customer actions or purchase history, send review reminders automatically, and route reviews to your website or other systems without manual entry. Fera also lets you automate moderation workflows by flagging submissions matching specific criteria and forwarding them to team members or external tools for handling. This reduces the need to manually request reviews, track follow-ups, or copy review content to other platforms.

Question 2

How does data flow between Fera and other business tools?

Accepted Answer

Fera can receive customer or transaction data from your sales platform, email service, or CRM to trigger automated review requests at the right time. Review submissions can be pushed out of Fera to your website, email marketing platform, or data warehouse for storage or analysis. Most connections work through APIs or pre-built integrations that map Fera's review data to fields in your other tools, so reviews sync without manual copying.

Question 3

What breaks when automating Fera workflows?

Accepted Answer

Review requests may not trigger if customer data lacks required fields like email addresses or is duplicated across your source systems. Moderation rules can miss submissions if criteria are too narrow or if new review types don't match existing rule patterns. Timing issues occur when review requests fire before customer records fully sync from your primary system, resulting in bounced emails or incorrect targeting. Testing rules with sample data before going live reduces these failures.

Question 4

How should I organize Fera to make automations reliable?

Accepted Answer

Ensure your customer data source is clean and consistent before connecting it to Fera, using standard formats for email addresses and customer IDs. Define clear segments or tags for different review request campaigns so automations target the correct contacts at the right stage. Set up moderation rules with specific, measurable criteria rather than broad keywords, and test each rule with a small batch before deploying to all reviews. Document which automations feed into which downstream systems so you can track data flow and troubleshoot issues.
