Question 1

What manual work can we automate when using Deluxer?

Accepted Answer

When Deluxer generates new leads, you can automate downstream actions like creating records in your CRM, sending templated welcome messages, assigning leads to team members based on rules, or logging lead metadata into your database. Instead of manually entering lead details or routing contacts by hand, automation can ingest Deluxer data and trigger these workflows instantly. This reduces data-entry errors and ensures no lead sits unprocessed.

Question 2

How does data move between Deluxer and other business tools?

Accepted Answer

Deluxer typically outputs lead information (contact details, property details, lead source, timestamp) that can be pushed to downstream systems via API, webhooks, or integration platforms. When you connect Deluxer to your CRM, email platform, or task management tool, lead data flows in near real-time so your team sees new contacts immediately. The structure and fields Deluxer provides determine what data is available to map into your other tools.

Question 3

What commonly breaks when automating Deluxer workflows?

Accepted Answer

Lead data quality issues can disrupt automations: missing phone numbers, incomplete addresses, or duplicate contacts may cause records to fail validation in downstream systems. API rate limits or connection timeouts can cause leads to be missed if the automation doesn't retry. Additionally, if Deluxer's field structure or API response format changes, your automation mappings may break and require reconfiguration.

Question 4

How should we structure our Deluxer setup so automations work reliably?

Accepted Answer

Ensure your Deluxer account is configured to export all necessary contact fields consistently and that you map those fields clearly when setting up connections to other tools. Test your automation with sample leads first to verify data flows correctly and required fields are populated. Document which Deluxer data fields correspond to which fields in your downstream systems so your team can troubleshoot mismatches if they occur.
