Question 1

What manual work can be automated when using Dante AI with other business tools?

Accepted Answer

You can automate the process of extracting answers from Dante AI conversations and routing that information into downstream systems like CRMs, databases, or document generators. For example, when a conversation produces a specific answer or classification, you can trigger an automated workflow to create a record, update a contact, or generate a follow-up action without manual copying or data entry. This reduces the manual step of reading a Dante AI response and then entering it somewhere else.

Question 2

How does data move between Dante AI and other applications in an automated workflow?

Accepted Answer

Data enters Dante AI through documents, files, or websites that form the knowledge base for conversations, and exits through the API as structured conversation results and answers. When connected to other tools, responses from Dante AI can be passed as inputs to subsequent steps, such as creating records or triggering notifications. The specific format and structure of data returned depends on how Dante AI is configured to deliver responses, so you need to map those outputs to the expected input format of the receiving system.

Question 3

What are common issues when automating workflows that involve Dante AI?

Accepted Answer

One frequent issue is that Dante AI's responses may vary in format or completeness depending on the quality and specificity of the underlying knowledge base, which can cause downstream automations to fail if they expect consistent structured data. Additionally, if the knowledge base is outdated or incomplete, the AI may provide inaccurate or unhelpful answers, breaking the reliability of dependent workflows. It is also important to verify that the connection between Dante AI and other tools properly maps response fields, as misaligned data structures will cause automation steps to break.

Question 4

How should I set up Dante AI knowledge bases to support reliable automations?

Accepted Answer

Organize your knowledge sources (documents, files, websites) with clear structure and consistent formatting so Dante AI can reliably extract and reference the right information. Define which conversations will feed into automations and test the typical questions or prompts that will trigger those workflows to ensure responses are accurate and predictable. Document the expected output format from Dante AI conversations so that when you connect it to other tools, you can confidently map fields and avoid mismatches that break the automation.
