3. Query Stock Levels

4. Calculate Net Order Quantities

The system subtracts stock on hand from the takeoff count and applies a configurable waste factor to determine the final order quantity for each material.

5. Route and Format Orders

The automation splits the order list by wholesaler, applies each wholesaler's unique format template, and prepares three separate order documents ready to send.

6. Send Orders via Email

The automation sends the formatted orders to each wholesaler's email address with the job reference and delivery address included.

7. Log Order and Notify Team

The automation records the order details, updates with the purchase order, and sends a notification to the job foreman with the order summary and expected delivery date.
